“The room was great! Last minute booking so my husband and I could only get the double queen room (little tight space wise if you have more than 2 people but still a great room). Very clean! The only downside for us is that we found this hotel 3 years too late- my sister goes/went to OSU, this was our trip to her graduation!! ”

“Do not book here it is not worth the price. The amenities that I paid extra for were not as promised I found multiple bugs, including several bedbugs in my bed. And maybe I’m being picky, but there was only one place to charge your phone by the bed and you had to have a charger block which I did not bring with me. The ice machine on my floor did not work not worth it. I ended up seeing worse than when I got there.”

“The Ranchers Club was fully booked. I feel there should be some reservations/tables put aside for hotel guests. Guests should have a little bit of priority ”

“The staff was as good as they could be with the conditions they have to deal with. They tried to be accommodating but it wasn't good enough. We booked two non-smoking rooms and asked for them to be next to each other. They were on separate floors and one was a smoking room, which smelled horrible. The carpets are dingy and the halls smelled like mildew. Some of the ceiling lights were going out which didn't help with the look. Both rooms had stains on the carpet, chairs,and bedding. One room...

“Wish it had an indoor pool. Property was clean, and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good too.”

“Parking was lighted and very accessible to the front door. The staff were friendly, liked the addition of the Coffee Spot availability for purchased coffee drinks, breakfast was okay, stayed 4 nights and had the same items two days in a row, would have enjoyed Orange juice instead of lemonade and apple juice or water. Rooms were clean and udpated. The carpet could have been replaced in our room. ”

“1st room we had was dirty and had a bad smell, changed rooms. Next room cleaner and smell was not as noticeable.”

“They were renovating so hallways were unfinished. Had to move rooms right away because toilet did not flush well. Staff on duty handled things well and asked again how things were going. Original room and room that we moved to had both been renovated but not done well. Breakfast was good though and hotel was quiet.”

“Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat! It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim. All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all. But my son booked this room. We WON'T be back! But the girl at front desk SHE WAS EXCELLENT .....”
